NOW HIRING: Sales Associate / E Commerce Specialist
POSITION DETAILS
Details: Part-time, Independent Contractor
Pay: $9 - $12 per hour (based on experience)
Shifts: Flexible (weekday, weekends, morning, afternoon, evening)
Commitment: Preferably a year
DUTIES
- Extraordinary Customer Service (in person, on the phone, and conflict resolution when needed)
- Inventory Management In Store and Online
- In Store Sales and Order Fulfillment
- Store Maintenance/Upkeep (including display, dressing rooms, main counter, etc.)
- Website Maintenance and Updates
- Social Media Editing and Updates
- Liaising with receiving department (in store pick ups, clothing deliveries, rack pick ups)

She/he is outgoing, energetic, loves clothes and a go getter who is a quick learner and self motivated. You should demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity, interest in people, fashion & style sensibility. We pride ourselves on fabulous customer service and we want whoever we hire to fit seamlessly with that belief. Past retail experience is definitely a plus. A college degree or some college is also preferred but not required. Must have a knowledge of social media and ecommerce.
