She/he is outgoing, energetic, loves clothes and a go getter who is a quick learner and self motivated. You should demonstrate a strong commitment to service, a genuine curiosity, interest in people, fashion & style sensibility. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and we want whoever we hire to fit seamlessly with that belief.

    POSITIONS AVAILABLE : 

    • Operational Retail Manager (Full-time)
      • Friendly, can-do attitude is a must with a natural ability to problem solve
      • Must be teachable and want to learn and grow
      • Champion a customer-centric environment
      • Pursue, attract, coach and retain talented candidates for key roles
      • Act as a liaison between the marketing department, receiving department, retail sales, and fulfillment team.
      • Educate newly hired associates and lead quarterly continuing educational training
      • Oversee staff scheduling 
      • Manage Visual Merchandising in retail space.  
      • Have an understanding of Shopify + Shipstation a plus. 
      • Problem solve system outages
      • Lead store events
      • Assist with inventory control
      • Problem solve customer services concerns
      • Manage all fulfillment of packages each day 
      • Ability to work 40 hours/week and at least 2 Saturdays/month.
      • This is an in-person position.
    • Marketing Assistant (Full-time)
      • Create content for all social media platforms
      • Publish content on all social media platforms
      • Research social media trends
      • Photography and videography during photoshoots and events
      • Review and report analytics to marketing director 
      • Graphic design for sales and events
      • Edit and upload photos to albums
      • Manage photo albums on department drives
      • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media
      • Develop strategies to increase followship and engagement
      • This is an in-person position. Must be available on weekends, holidays, and afternoons.
